1/2 cup bajri flour OR 1/2 cup grain Mix
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup curd
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp cumin-coriander powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Oil
salt to taste
Stuff Parathas, For Specialties, Add following for stuffing
Methi Paratha -> 2 cups fresh methi leaves (washed and finely chopped) (Can be used more)
Paneer Paratha -> 50 gm crushed fresh paneer (Can be used more)
Gobi Paratha -> crushed fresh Gobi (Can be used more)
Aloo Paratha -> crushed fresh potato (Can be used more)
Spinach Paratha -> crushed spinach (Can be used more)
Onion Paratha -> chopped onion (Can be used more)
Mooli Paratha -> fresh Crushed radish (Can be used more)
Spring Onion Paratha -> chopped spring onion (Can be used more)
Special Masala Parathas, Add Followings (Non Stuff Parathas)
Basen Paratha -> 1/2 cup besan (chickpea flour)
Ajwain Paratha -> ajwain, as per taste
Masala Paratha -> Salt, Red Chilly, Besan, as per taste
