Oil Marinated Vegetable Barbeque

Vegetables, that can be grilled with oil marination

  • Eggplant
  • Mushrooms
  • Bell pepper (Green, Red, Yellow)
  • Onions
  • Zucchini
  • Baby Potato
  • Sweet Potato
  • Baby Corns
  • Cauliflowers

Best oil to marinate

High smoke point for any oil is great for foods prepared on the hot grill. It tells that that oil can take the heat. Also its taste should be mild which do not over power the taste of vegetables to be grilled. Color of oil should not be solid and dark to change color of grilled vegetables.

Cleaning Process

Gently rub produce while holding under plain running water. Then keep them into water bowl for some time with little salt and baking soda. Finally clean all vegetables again under plain running water.

Marination Process

  1. Take a big bowl
  2. Add all cut vegetables
  3. Spray oil on all vegetables
  4. Add Spices (Very Less Quantity)
    1. Peri Peri
    2. Mint
    3. Black Salt
    4. Oregano
  5. Add Butter
  6. Mix everything well

Barbeque Process

Prepare barbeque set up.

Serving

Take all barbeque vegetables and add following spices

  1. Peri Peri
  2. Mint
  3. Salt
  4. Oregano
  5. Lemon
